MACs and eBooks
We get a lot of inquiries about eBook software compatibility with MAC computers, and yes, it can be done,
although there are fewer software choices than for PC (no surprise!)

You can produce your eBooks on a MAC by using a PC emulator (which basically makes your MAC behave like a PC) in conjunction with any of the eBook software from our guide. Done this way, your eBook will be viewable on any PC or MAC (that also has a PC emulator).
As an alternative, if you don't want to use a PC emulator, we suggest the PDF format for making and distributing your eBook so it can be read on any computer (PC or MAC). However, using this strategy restricts the available tools for making covers, distributing, automating commerce and securing your eBook product.
